On October 29th I was in a wreck. I called Metro and Mr. Mike the dispatcher got me a wrecker out to the accident within minutes. The Tow Guy, Chris, was prompt, polite, and very helpful. Chris took his time yet got my vehicle wenched up and secured safely to the wrecker in less time than it took the other company to retrieve the other person’s vehicle. I recommend Metro tow for all of you Tow needs …

My transmission went out on a Sunday night on the highway 40 miles from Alexandria pulling my racecar back from New Orleans to Dallas. I called them @ 7:30 on a Monday morning and they were there in about an hour with a flatbed tow truck for my Tahoe and another truck to pull my racecar and trailer back. They stored my trailer and car overnight while my trans was repaired.Very reasonably priced for what they did! Friendly people and great service! Made a bad experience a little better…

My son was stranded on hwy 1-49 on July 1 2022,and he called his insurance company to get a tow , and his insurance company could not find anyone willing to tow him. Called metro towing and within 40 minutes they were there to help. The fella helped him find a tire shop with hotel nearby so he wouldn’t be stranded for the night. So thank you metro towing.
